We answer questions about what is in a box, which breeds are in which set, what the age mark means and which of our ranges suits a particular child. We cannot see your order, change it or refund it — that sits with the store you bought from.

What to include
If you are asking about a specific set, the name from the product page is enough — we can find it from that. If you are asking which set to buy, tell us the age of the child and whether there is already a plush animal in the house. Those two facts usually decide it.
What we do not do
We do not take orders, hold stock, ship parcels or process payments. Everything on the commercial side happens at the retail partner's store, and we would rather say so plainly than have you wait for a reply we cannot give.
