Where the basket lives, what the prices here mean and how quickly a pup turns up.
The basket is not on this site
There is no checkout here. Every product page carries a button that opens the listing for that exact set at our retail partner's store, and the order, the payment and the delivery are handled there under that store's own terms.
About the prices you see here
Prices on this site are read from the live listing and refreshed regularly, but the figure that counts is the one on the listing page at the moment you order. If the two ever disagree, the listing wins. Sets that are temporarily unavailable are shown without a price rather than with an old one.
Delivery times
Delivery speed, shipping cost and tracking are set by the retail partner and depend on your address and your membership status with them. We do not hold stock and we do not ship — the carrier bag is the only thing we put anything in.
If a set is out of stock
We leave the page up. Plush ranges go in and out of stock constantly, and a page that disappears takes its reviews, its piece count and its age mark with it. Where a set is unavailable we say so on the page and point to the closest set that is in stock.
